Proudly made in Poland
Granqvists was established in 1984 and since then, manufacturing has always been of great focus and dear to our heart. In the beginning, minor attempts of production were made in Sweden, Finland and Yugoslavia. Later moving the production to the city of Złotów, Poland in 1991 by acquiring and re-naming the existing glove factory Rek-Pol (est. 1920) to Rek-Swed meaning “Swedish gloves”.

Our new factory opened, bringing production together under one roof and employing 150 people.
2020

A leading European facility for technical protective gloves
After three expansions, our factory employs 320 people and is one of Europe’s largest and most advanced facilities for technical protective gloves. Glove making is true craftsmanship, it takes years to master sewing, cutting, and leather preparation. Our greatest value lies in the people who make the gloves.
We invest in being an attractive and responsible employer, believing a skilled, stable workforce is the foundation of consistent quality. Long-term cooperation with one dedicated producer ensures sustainable quality.
Full ownership of our manufacturing unit guarantees fair working conditions and creates lasting benefits for our employees, our company, and our customers — ensuring transparency, responsibility, and reliable quality at every step.
